The Betty & Company computer service, computer repair and computer networking company will be moving to the Columbia area. We are offering a special promotion for Columbia MS residents and business . For a an introduction period all labor will be $20/hrs. During this introduction period a technician will be in your area once a month when needed, for a long as needed.

In order to make this special offer work, we are asking all future customers to e-mail ( fortiertw@bettyandcompany.com ) or call us ( 512 750-4127 ) so we can  seclude a technician to come to Columbia MS.  We do understand that this request is an inconvenience for many of you but look at the money you will be saving off the cost of labor.

We will come to your office or home without charging an extra service call . You only pay our low service charges if we do any work for you. There will be no additional service charge to come to your home or business.

Unlike our competitors, we feel you should have a choice on where to spend your money when we quote you a price on a computer system or on parts for your existing computer. You can buy only the parts you need and install them yourself, or pay us a small labor fee to assemble your PC and test it for you. You can pay us to warrantee anything you purchase from us, or save money and go with just the manufacturer's warranty.

Betty & Company resells new computer hardware, software and upgrades, and if we don't have the hardware you need in stock, we will find it for you. All the parts we sell are sold at cost with no extra shipping or handling charges! (local customers)

All our invoices and price quotes are itemized, listing each part separately, showing any and all labor and warranty charges, giving you the complete cost breakdown for your system and control over your computer needs and spending.

Emailing us or calling us ahead of time with your computer, hardware or software needs will help the technician bring with him all the parts and tools that might be needed to solve your problem. Contacting us is in no way, an obligation or cost to you!
