LIMITED WARRANTY

All of the stile and rail doors manufactured by Armin Moore LLC meet or exceed industry standards and are warranted for one year from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated. We do not warranty French doors that are more than 7 feet in height or more than 3 feet in width against bow or warp.

We do not warranty : True Plank Doors for bow or warp.

Doors thinner than 1 ¾” thick for exterior use.

Doors over 8’ 0” in height.

Any gates.

Each of our doors has been inspected before shipment and we have determined them to be free of defects which would cause the door to be unfit for its intended use.

Upon receipt of one or more of our doors, it is recommended that you inspect the door or doors as soon as possible. You should be checking:

1. For the possibility of freight damage.

2. To verify that you received what you ordered.

3. That each door is flat and straight and has on defects

If a visible and/or apparent defect exists upon your receipt and inspection or a door or doors from Armin Moore LLC, it is imperative that we be notified before and further cost are incurred on that door or doors. We will not participate or assume any liability for those cost.

Armin Moore LLC will not be responsible for any door repair or replaced without prior written consent by our office.

Warp shall not be considered a defect unless it exceeds ¼” in the plane of the door. For doors greater size than 3/0 x 7/0, the ¼” test is used in any 3/0 x 7/0 section of the door. Warp is measured by placing a straight edge or string to the door face. Doors must be properly hung and finished in accordance with standard sealing and finishing practices in direct relationship the exposure to be expected. Unsatisfactory appearance and service due to failure to finish the door properly is not covered by this warranty.

Variations in the colors of the wood or in the textures and rain of the wood are normal and are not considered a defect. Since our doors are made with solid lumber, the natural variations of color and grain characteristics are more prominent than in most veneered products.

All implied warranties here and limited to one year form the date of shipment unless otherwise specifically stated in writing. This warranty gives you certain specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
